Personalized In-Person and Distance Healing Sessions
There are different types of sessions for receiving energy and light healing in-person and remotely, and I offer a variety of techniques that you can choose to customize your healing sessions.
Each session is conducted according to what ultimately benefits you the most and free initial consultations are available. All that is needed to initiate a session or send distance healing is the full name of the client(s), location, and the issue(s) that need healing.
Distance Healing
There is virtually nothing that cannot be treated with distance healing. Energy and light healing supports any medical or supplemental healing method, improves the results of all medical treatment, reduces side effects and pain, and shortens healing time. It is possible and necessary to clear yourself of the internal negative thoughts, obsessive mental chatter, and emotional conflicts that can manifest problems in behavior, relationships, and hold you back from being who you really are. Doing so creates clarity of mind, optimism, and opens you to new, more confident and healthier beliefs resulting in happier, more abundant and passionate living.

Chakra Healing and Balancing with Crystals
Chakras are major energy centers in our bodies, regulating physical vitality, emotions, and spiritual abilities. When these centers are balanced, we move through life harmoniously; when unbalanced, chaos and confusion appears in the related area. Healing crystals can help us clear and equalize our chakras.
Egyptian Reflexology
Reflexology stimulates the body’s own pain relief system using nerve pressure points on the hands and feet. This triggers response from the nervous system and the brain which releases endorphins into the blood stream to be distributed throughout the body.
Emotional Aromatherapy
Essential oils may be used for people and pets on issues that have either accumulated over a period of time or from sudden physical or emotional trauma. Combined with positive life-affirming statements they transform limiting, negative thoughts and beliefs into positive ones.
Heal Past Lives, Soul Retrieval and Restoration
A past life reading with Lydia can help you discover any traumatic event in your past or a previous lifetime that is affecting your health and stability in the present. Soul retrieval is a method to recover a part of the soul that has fragmented and reunite it with the rest of the soul, thus making it whole again.
