Energy and Light Healing Mastery Courses
$325 per class ($275 +$50 Materials Fee), $200 member ($150 + $50 Materials Fee)
I offer individualized instruction with small class sizes (generally no more than 4-6 students at a time). You can receive Reiki and other energy/light attunements as many times as you like for reinforcement. The Reiki Psychic attunement should only be received once every three to four weeks. I have been attuned and certified to 3 dozen energy and light healing systems, more attunement courses may be offered based on request and interest. Akashic Records 1 class, 2 hours (depending on class size)
The Akashic Records is the repository of all human experience, a record of all events, talents and knowledge. Some say the Akashic records are similar to a cosmic or collective consciousness. These events are transcribed in the form of complex images composed of pictures, sounds, and other sensory stimuli which are indelibly impressed upon the “matter” of the astral plane (called Akashic). When the reader is in a special ‘altered state of mind’, one is able to tap into the Akashic records and receive direct information about the past. After completing the Akashic Records attunement and practice exercises, you will be able to give guided group and individual sessions for others and as well as for yourself. Please bring a notebook/journal.
Assisi Reiki 1 class, 2 hours (Reiki Master Practitioner Prerequisite)
Assisi Reiki manifested itself through the unconditional love of animals! It arrived through the energy of St. Francis of Assisi, which simply means that was the focal point or opening for this energy to be born through the mind as it is completely non-theological in nature and practice.
Assisi Reiki’s source of power is the collective consciousness of all animals, who are our living teachers of unconditional love and living in the present moment.

One single process can powerfully attune you to access healing energy. The HEALING ATTUNEMENT creates the opportunity for the client’s guides to work with her or him in a more powerful way than a regular Reiki session. This attunement does not initiate the client into Reiki and can be done on anyone. When the healing attunement is performed before a regular Reiki session or advanced cleansing, it will make the healing session more effective by opening the aura and creating a more receptive state.
The REIKI PSYCHIC ATTUNEMENT works specifically on your natural psychic abilities at your current level. You may not be immediately aware of any increase or shift. However, this usually indicates there is a gradual, shift that is having a cumulative effect on your psychic abilities. Your expanded awareness from the attunement may be as simple as making a good decision in your life, or may be far reaching as seeing future events.
The REIKI CHI-KUNG MOVING MEDITATION integrates Reiki energy more directly into the physical body. Reiki-Chi Kung Moving Meditation (Reiki Level 1/Level 1 other modality Prerequisite)
This moving meditation uses Reiki energy to activate and open the microcosmic orbit, one of the eight major energy channels used by Chi Kung practitioners. Lydia guides you through this moving meditation which begins as a qigong exercise directing the flow of chi circulation with physical movement and then progresses by incorporating Reiki energy with positive action statements. It often takes Chi Kung students as much as two years to raise and focus enough energy to do this, and here it can be accomplished in minutes! The personal health benefits, spiritual purification and empowerment of opening the microcosmic orbit and continuing the meditation are amazing, and everyone could benefit from such a boost.
Reiki Healing Attunement
The Reiki Healing Attunement will help bring insight and guidance in defining and empowering goals as well as clearing away negative thoughts or beliefs that affect the successful achievement of these goals. It does that by bringing in Reiki for specific healing and helps clear blockages where the healing needs to occur. This Healing Attunement is given for specific healing only and does not attune the recipient to any Reiki level. You will learn the healing attunement techniques of the Usui-Tibetan Reiki system as well as the Independent Reiki Self-Attunement utilizing intention, water, sound and the Reiki Healing Symbols.
Reiki Psychic Attunement
While any Reiki attunement will help with accessing your psychic abilities, the psychic attunement works specifically on your psychic abilities. Being psychic is having an expanded awareness on an energetic level of what is going on around you. This includes people, places, things, events and yourself. I like to use the analogy of having a radio or TV station inside your head. You will learn the psychic attunement techniques of the Usui-Tibetan Reiki system as well as the Independent Reiki Self-Attunement utilizing intention, water, sound and the Reiki Healing Symbols.
